Who chooses the Residenza Bretagna, choose the privilege of staying in one of the historic homes in the heart of Florence's oldest and most authentic of the city.
Given the position that the Residenza Bretagna occupies in the city, it's even too easy for us to focus on this fundamental characteristic of our historic Bed and Breakfast.
But the most important features are offered by the building that houses the facility. This is an historic Florentine palace where famous personalities of the past have spent part of their lives, such as Alessandro Manzoni and Louis Bonaparte who lived here until his death.
The Ponte Vecchio view enjoyed from the windows of our rooms was certainly admired by the people we have mentioned. The colors and atmosphere created by the sunsets you have on the Lungarno Corsini still continue to enchant all our guests.
